I am a Northern Virginia based Degreed Nutritionist and Health Specialist with over 10 years of experience. I work with all ages and backgrounds to teach the fundamentals of nutrition, build confidence through knowledge, and understand connection between healthy mind and body.

It’s not just about food, but also sleep, movement, and stress management that equates to results and success.
